  • What is Virtual Interior Design or "E-Design"?
    E-design, also known as electronic, remote, or virtual design is an interior design service that is performed totally and completely online! It means that we are able to communicate, collaborate, create design plans, and tackle your interior design challenges - all from the comfort of your home! The efficiency of virtual design is unparalleled. No need to schedule times for site visits, showroom shopping, or design phase meetings.   • How much will this cost?
    I believe in upfront fees and transparency. That's why you'll see a full description of each service, including pricing (or in some cases a starting price), deliverables, and next steps. Visit the services page to learn more!
  • How long will the virtual design process take?
    My process is streamlined and efficient, but your timeline is determined by the scope of work and your active participation in our collaboration. In general, most projects are completed in 2-4 weeks.
  • Is E-Design right for me?
    The virtual interior design process is perfect for you if you need a design plan and some creative direction, but want to handle purchasing and implementation on YOUR own timeline and as your budget allows.
  • What if I want to keep my existing furniture?
    This is a collaborative design experience. YOU get to decide what to include and I am always happy to incorporate pieces you love!
  • Will you work with my contractor or recommend other service providers?
    Due to liability concerns, I am not able to work with contractors, painters, or installation providers of any kind. However, I will guide you in communicating your vision to your contractor and provide you with the necessary visualizations to bring your vision to life!
  • What if I want to make changes to my design plan?
    One round of minor revisions is already included with your service. But, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your design plan and although I rarely miss the mark, I'll work with you to make sure you love your design. Additional revisions are always available to you at my hourly rate, if needed.
  • I don't need a full design plan. Can I still work with you?
    Absolutely! I'm here to help you as much or as little as you need. That's why I offer multiple services from full design plans to flexible design hours that you can use at any time! If you don't see a service option that fits your individual needs, I'm also happy to create a custom service option just for you!

  • What types of tasks do you help with as a Designer Virtual Assistant?
    At PCI, I specialize in helping you with designer tasks such as floor plans, concept boards, and photorealistic renderings. I'm also a Mydoma Certified VA with the educational experience to help you set up your Mydoma studio, navigate the visualizer, and so much more! I'll even help you to create and customize passive income streams so you'll always have something to bring in new revenue while you're busy doing what you do best!
  • I'm buried in work! How quickly can you help me?
    Life happens, work piles up, and sometimes you get thrown a curveball. I get it and I've been there, too! Your project will be added to my queue when the onboarding process has been completed and I have received your signature and payment. After that, you'll hand off your tasks to me and I'll do my very best to accomodate your timelines - even if they're short!
  • How much do your Designer Virtual Assistant services cost?
    I believe in complete transparency when it comes to service pricing. Each one of my DVA services has a starting price so you will have an idea of your investment before we begin. After we know more about the tasks that you would like to delegate, we can make the necessary adjustments as needed. No surprise invoices, though! I'll let you know what your total investment will be and give you the option to move forward if the scope changes before any billing is done.   • How do I communicate with you as my Designer Virtual Assistant?
    We can communicate in several different ways. Whether you prefer email, phone calls, video calls, or instant messaging chat, we will keep the lines of communication wide open to ensure that your business needs are being met in the most efficient way possible.
  • What programs do you work with most as a DVA?
    I work primarily through Mydoma Studio as my a CRM and I am certified in using the Mydoma Visualizer to create photorealistic 3D renderings. I am also proficient in using Canva, Photoshop, Google Forms, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Loom, and more!
